Payment Terms for Services

Semicolon Academy Courses Delivery

  1. Course Enrollment: For our courses, once payment is received, customers will automatically be enrolled in the selected course. Enrollment details, including class access information, will be provided via email.
  2. Communication: Throughout the engagement or course, our team will maintain open and transparent communication with you, providing updates on the progress of the project or course and any changes that may impact the delivery timeline.
  3. Course Access: Once enrolled in a course, you will receive information on how to access the course materials, including login credentials or any necessary instructions.
  4. Course Materials: Course materials, including any documents, videos, or other resources, will be made available to you through our online learning platform.
  5. Invoicing: For courses, an invoice will be sent to you via email after payment is received. Please keep this invoice for your records.
  6. Technical Support: Should you encounter any technical issues or require support regarding the delivery of our courses, please contact our team at security@semicolonlb.net, and we will assist you promptly.

  1. Course Payments: For courses, payment is required prior to enrollment. Once payment is received, an invoice will be sent to you via email as a confirmation of payment.
  2. Late Payments: In the event of late payments or non-payment, access to the course may be suspended until outstanding payments are received. We reserve the right to withhold course materials and access until payment is made.
